Lufthansa Group CEO Hopes For Russian Airspace Reopening

The German Lufthansa Group of airlines recently had CEO Carsten Spohr share with the March 6 Bangkok Post that the group sees growth connecting Europe with Asia. However, with long routes to avoid Russian airspace due to Russia's War on Ukraine, Lufthansa and the other airlines of Lufthansa Group have to spend more and burn more fuel to connect Thailand with Europe for tourism and trade.
