EU trade talks: India to red-flag carbon tax, data privacy concerns

India is set to raise concerns over the European Union's controversial carbon tax, which seeks to impose tariffs as high as 30 per cent on imports of carbon-intensive products such as steel and aluminium from next year, during the two-day visit by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and 21 EU Commissioners, beginning Thursday.
