Chinese foreign minister to meet Martin and Harris

China's foreign minister Wang Yi will meet Taoiseach Micheà¡l Martin and Tà¡naiste Simon Harris in Dublin on Monday after telling European leaders that they should have a role in any peace negotiations over Ukraine.
