Elon Musk arrives in China for talks about self-driving technology

Elon Musk on Sunday arrived in Beijing for an unannounced visit. The chief executive of electric-car maker Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) is expected to meet government officials to discuss the introduction of self-driving software to seek permission to move data outside China, Reuters reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.
