Hundreds of PCs, laptops and monitors have been given away for a vital cause. Many people don't have the devices they need to use the internet. This is an issue when so many aspects of modern life require them, including banking and job applications. To address this, the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has donated 200 of its digital devices to the National Device Bank. The recycling scheme, run by the Good Things Foundation, provides free equipment to digitally excluded people.
