CHINESE PREMIER LI Qiang is in Ireland today and tomorrow for his first-ever visit, during which he will have a bilateral meeting with the Taoiseach, and a reception with President Michael D Higgins. At their working lunch in Farmleigh House tomorrow, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Qiang are to discuss international issues and EU-China relations.
