Malaysia, China to have open communication over South China Sea issue: Anwar

NANNING – To maintain peace and stability, Malaysia and China agree to have continual, open communication over the South China Sea issue, Malaysia Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said following his meeting with China Premier Li Qing in Nanning, China, on Sunday.
