Before the Bell: Futures down; Canadian investors awaits BoC rate decision

Equities Wall Street futures were weaker in early trading Wednesday morning with traders awaiting the release of the Federal Reserve's Beige Book later in the session for clues about the path ahead of interest rates. Major European markets were in the red. TSX futures were down with the Bank of Canada's next rate decision due later in the morning. Dow, S&P and Nasdaq futures were all trading below break even in the early premarket period. All three finished down yesterday, pressured by a jump in crude prices and rising Treasury yields.
