China curbs drone exports in midst of Ukraine-Russia war An interesting line coming out of China this afternoon… Beijing has placed a number of restrictions on the export of civilian drones abroad, citing the Ukrainian-Russian war as a factor in the move. Restrictions on equipment including some drone engines, lasers, communication equipment and anti-drone systems will take effect on 1 Sept, as well as a complete ban on the export of drones for military purposes.
