Dow Jones Climbs; Chip Stocks Lead As Warren Buffett’s EV Stock Gains Market Share

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.8% to session highs at 1:30 p.m. ET Wednesday as stocks held firm. Intel (INTC) was the clear leader among blue chips.
