Pakistan PM Sharif to be first foreign leader to visit China after Xi Jinping's re-election to president's post for third time

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will be the first head of government to visit Beijing next week to felicitate Chinese President Xi Jinping, who secured a record third five-year term at the recent Congress of the ruling Communist Party. During the visit from November 1-2, the two sides will review the all-weather strategic cooperation partnership and exchange views on regional and global developments.
