New COVID outbreak in Beijing A new coronavirus outbreak in China’s capital has raised concerns. There were medium and high-risk areas in Fengtai District, and Changping District. According to Xinhuanet , Beijing authorities reported at the Epidemic Prevention and Control Press conference that there were 4 new cases positive with COVID on August 15, including 2 cases in Changping District, 1 case in Chaoyang District and 1 case in Fengtai District.
