Macau has lifted its executive order that locked down the former Portuguese colony due to a Covid-19 outbreak, allowing casinos to reopen their doors. Casinos were technically allowed to reopen on July 23rd with reduced capacity, but now casino will be able to operate with policies that were in place before the lockdown was initiated, albeit with mask requirements and negative tests for visitors.
