Lincoln City have appointed Mike Garrity as assistant head coach to new boss Mark Kennedy. Garrity was most assistant to Neil Critchley at Championship club Blackpool but left the role when Critchley departed to become Steven Gerrard's number two at Aston Villa . Of course, former Lincoln boss Michael Appleton was recently appointed as Critchley's replacement at Blackpool following his departure from the LNER Stadium at the end of last season.
