India, China, Pakistan nukes set to grow even as West dithers on disarmament, think tank report says

A European think tank has said it expects the total number of nuclear weapons in the world to increase in the coming years, even as relations between major nuclear powers undergo a period of strain in the light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the US and China continue to move away from being frenemies to rivals.
