MOSCOW, May 17 (Xinhua) -- Russia said Tuesday that 265 of the Ukrainian soldiers blocked at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol have surrendered over the past 24 hours. Among them were 51 seriously wounded Ukrainian army men, and all those in need of medical assistance were sent to a hospital in Donetsk's Novoazovsk for treatment, the Russian defense ministry said in a statement.
