Bank of China in Zambia

Dear Editor, I may ask how did this Bank come into existence when we have a Reserve Bank in Zambia ? Who has ever used Chinese currency in Zambia ? Why did the former government allow China to open up Chinese Bank in Kitwe and Lusaka? How many Zambians have accounts with the said Bank and what is the intension of leaving our own Commercial Banks and go for the Chinese Bank ?
