Tesla to build second factory in China to produce 2 million vehicles annually in Shanghai alone

According to Reuters, Tesla plans to start construction of a new electric car factory in China in the near future. Presumably, the construction of a new Tesla plant in China may begin as early as March of the current calendar year, while the new plant, like the existing one, will be located in Shanghai. According to experts, after the commissioning of the second plant, Tesla will be able to produce about 2 million electric vehicles a year in China alone.
