Hong Kong’s Legislative Council president Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen will work from home after his chauffeur tested preliminary-positive for Covid-19 . The Legco secretariat said on Monday that Leung returned negative results in a rapid antigen test, but would not step into office till he was cleared by a deep throat saliva screening.
