As COVID-19 cases soared, hospitals in Hong Kong reached 90% capacity

This is as the city struggles with a record number COVID-19 cases from who are adhering to China's “zero tolerance" strategy. Officials announced that they would change the way they approach hospitalization and isolation and allow some patients to be discharged earlier to ease strain on the city's healthcare system.
