Royal Caribbean International has cancelled all of its local “cruises to nowhere” and is moving its Spectrum of the Seas vessel to Singapore over Hong Kong’s tough anti-pandemic measures.In a letter addressed to its guests, Royal Caribbean said it was axing all scheduled Spectrum of the Seas sailings from February 18 to March 17.
