Explosion in Chongqing, China, kills another 16 people (state media)

A building that housed a dining hall in Chongqing, southwest China, collapsed after an explosion suspected to be due to a fuel leak and killed at least 16 people, state broadcaster CCTV reported Friday. By (1600 GMT) on Friday, another 26 people had been evacuated from the site, 16 of whom were killed, the TV station said on Saturday. A critically ill user and the others injured were also hospitalized after being trapped in the concrete following the explosion.
