New Delhi: The Chinese People's Liberation Military (EPL) kidnapped a 17-yr-previous boy within Indian territory in Arunachal Pradesh's Higher Siang district, state congressman Tapir Gao mentioned Wednesday. The teen, identified as Miram Taron, was abducted Tuesday by the EPL in the Lungta Jor place, Gao said.
