US military creates software to predict China's reaction

Reuters news agency (UK) reported that Deputy Defense Minister Kathleen Hicks mentioned this new tool during a visit to the Indo-Pacific Command in Hawaii on December 14. The software will calculate "strategic collisions", study data from early 2020 and assess significant moves affecting US-China relations.
