Experts: US Boycott of Beijing Olympics Would Dash Seoul's Hopes for Diplomacy

WASHINGTON — A U.S. diplomatic boycott of the Beijing Olympics would deal a blow to Seoul's attempts to resume diplomacy with North Korea, experts said.
