Singapore aims to reopen travel with five more nations by early December, aviation officials announced yesterday evening. Vaccinated travelers may journey to and from Indonesia and India beginning Nov. 29, and Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from Dec. 6 onward, according to The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. “Singapore will continue with the cautious, progressive reopening of its borders and extend the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) to more countries,” it announced.
