(Bloomberg) -- Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will appoint a China-friendly veteran lawmaker to the post of foreign minister on Wednesday, according to reports from Kyodo News and other media. The new premier is set to name Yoshimasa Hayashi, 60, who is the head of a lawmakers’ group promoting Japan-China friendship.
