Covid today China, infections are on the rise: Beijing marathon postponed

Covid in China, due toincrease in the number of infections related to the Delta variant, the country has postponed the Beijing marathon scheduled for October 31st to a date to be defined. The marathon has been held annually since 1981 and represents one of the major sporting events in the country. This year around 30,000 people were expected to attend.
