CCTV footage captured the moment a criminal escaped from a prison in northern China. The video was filmed in the city of Jilin in Jilin Province on October 18. A criminal named Zhu Xianjian is seen with a tool in his hand walking across an open space, climbing onto the roof of a canopy, before allegedly climbing over the high voltage grid and jumping over the prison wall. Jilin prison has issued a reward notice to arrest the escaped prisoner. The video was provided by local media with permission.
