The approval comes after extensive clinical trials and evaluations. Vaccination is based on emergency use authorisation and local evaluations in line with approved regulations. In June this year, 900 children participated in a study in Abu Dhabi on Sinopharm's effectiveness for their age group. The young volunteers were closely monitored.
