HVD Partners is to acquire the assets of Sampsistemi (SAMP) and Sampsistemi Extrusion as part of a scheme of arrangement administered by the Court of Bologna. July 23, 2021 HVD Partners has reached an agreement with creditors and has won a competitive bid by the Court of Bologna to acquire the assets of Sampsistemi S.r.l. and Sampsistemi Extrusion S.r.l. as part of its restructuring plan.
