A Hong Kong district councillor was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a message and a picture of a knife he is accused of posting online 16 months ago. According to a police source, Yuen Long district council member Ho Wai-pan had claimed he would have raided and removed an illegal gambling den at a public housing estate.
