Taiwan reports 28 domestic COVID-19 cases in 4 cities, 1 county Taiwan on Tuesday reported 29 new cases of COVID-19, including 28 domestic cases identified in northern and central Taiwan, according to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC). Among the new domestic cases, 15 were reported in New Taipei, nine were reported in Taipei and two were reported in Taoyuan, while Taichung and Miaoli County each recorded one case, Health Minister Chen Shih-chung (陳時中), who also heads the CECC, said at a press briefing.
