Liu Xiaoming, the Chinese government's special representative on Korean Peninsula affairs, had a phone conversation on Tuesday with Sung Kim, the US State Department's special representative for Democratic People's Republic of Korea policy. Liu briefed Kim on Beijing's view on the outcome of the US' recent policy review toward the DPRK.
