SHANGHAI, May 18 (Reuters) - China reported 22 new mainland COVID-19 cases on May 17, down from 25 a day earlier, the country's national health authority said on Tuesday. The National Health Commission, in a statement, said four of the new cases were local infections reported in northeastern Liaoning province.
