Amreli Steels Limited (PSX: ASTL) was set up as a private limited company in 1984. It was later converted into a public unquoted company in 2009. It manufactures and sells steel bars and billets. Shareholding pattern As at June 30, 2020, over 56 percent shares are with the directors, CEO, their spouses and minor children.
