BEIJING, April 6 (Reuters) - China reported 24 new COVID-19 cases on April 5, down from 32 cases a day earlier, the national health authority said on Tuesday. The National Health Commission said in a statement that 15 of the new cases were local infections. All of the local infections were reported in Ruili, a city in the southwestern Yunnan province that borders Myanmar that has ordered home quarantine and restricted the flow of people after a new cluster emerged.
