HONG KONG, March 30 (Xinhua) -- The election of the seventh-term Legislative Council (LegCo) of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) is expected to take place in December, HKSAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam said on Tuesday.
