China's Shijiazhuang reports one new confirmed COVID-19 case – China

Video Player Close SHIJIAZHUANG, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) — Shijiazhuang, capital of north China’s Hebei Province, reported one new confirmed COVID-19 case in the first 14 hours of Sunday, according to local authorities. The confirmed case was reported in the city’s Gaocheng District, said Vice Mayor Meng Xianghong at a press conference, adding that one new asymptomatic case was also reported in the district during the same period. As of 2 p.m. Sunday, the city had reported 865 confirmed cases since Jan. 2, 469 of whom had been discharged from the hospital after recovery. Enditem
