The Beijing Xiangshan Forum plans to hold workshops on Dec. 1 and 2 in Beijing, the organizers said on Monday. With the theme "Enhancing International Cooperation: Responding to New International Security Challenges," the event consists of four panels: security situation in the Asia-Pacific, global strategic stability toward the future, international cooperation in non-traditional security, and trends of major power relations, they said. Experts and scholars from 12 countries, including the United States, Russia and India, are expected to attend.
