Taipei, Nov. 30 (CNA) The Sydney-based Asia Pacific Forum of National Human Rights Institutions (APF) was named winner of the 2020 Asia Democracy and Human Rights Award, by award organizer Taiwan Foundation for Democracy (TFD) Monday.
