Political commentator Angela Epstein argued that Boris Johnson needed an urgent reassessment of Britainࢀ™s foreign aid policy. While speaking at Jeremy Vineࢀ™s show, Ms. Epstein pointed out that while there was a humanitarian need for foreign aid, not all countries seemed to be spending money wisely.
