After the standoff that lasted more than six months in eastern Ladakh, it seems India and China are close to a breakthrough over disengagement on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), news agency ANI reported quoting defence sources. The development is in the process after the eight-round of Corps Commander level talks between the two sides held on November 6 in Chushul.
