The Office of the Commissioner of the Chinese foreign ministry in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Thursday expressed firm opposition to and solemnly refuted U.S.' so-called "Hong Kong Autonomy Act" report concocted by the U.S. government. The report openly slandered the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the HKSAR, arbitrarily sanctioned Chinese personnel and interfered in Hong Kong affairs which are China's internal affairs, a spokesperson of the office said.
