UniCredit S p A : Investindustrial, China Investment Corporation and UniCredit announce the launch of CIICF, a fund investing in Italian mid-market companies

CIICF ( China-Italy Industrial Cooperation Fund ) will invest primarily in Italian mid-market companies, with a view to establishing and accelerating their business development in China . The Fund’s initial capital is EUR600 million , fully underwritten by Investindustrial, CIC and UniCredit .
