Alibaba, BMW to co-build innovation base in Shanghai for Internet, automotive startups By Xinhua News Agency Alibaba Group on Friday formed a strategic partnership with German automaker BMW to establish a joint innovation base in Shanghai for Chinese Internet and automotive startups.
