Mustard Cabbage with Silverfish -- serves 4 |

Ingredients:
- (1)
6 c. water
1/2 t. salt
- (2)
1/2 t. wine
1 c. broth
1/2 t. salt
- (3)
2 t. cornstarch
1 T. water
14 oz.(400g) mustard cabbage, no leaves
3/4 oz.(20g) silverfish
1 T. shredded ginger roots
2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the cabbage into 2 sections, set aside.
- Boil (1), put cabbage in and boil for 2 minutes, take out.
- Heat oil, stir-fry ginger roots until they're
fragrant, add (2), boil it. Put silverfish and cabbage
in, then boil again, turn the heat lower and simmer
for 3 minutes.
- Add (3), mix it and serve.
