Of South China Sea Joss
Shrine of South China Sea Joss, also known as Bo Luo
Temple, is the place emperors offering sacrifices to
the sea god in ancient China, and also the starting
place for the maritime Silk Road. First built in 594
AD during the Sui Dynasty, Shrine of South China Sea
Joss has now more than 1,400 years of history and the
most complete building group in all China's sea god
shrines. From February 11 to 13 each year of lunar calendar,
there will be temple fair, one of the largest traditional
