Lima-beans with Bamboo

Ingredients:
- (1)
1 t. minced gingerroots
1 t. minced garlic
- (2)
1/2 T. wine
1/2 c. water
1/2 t. sugar
- (3)
2 T. water
2 t. cornstarch
1/4 lb. (100g) lima-beans
1/4 lb. (100g) bamboo shoots
1-1/2 oz. (40g) ham
2 T. vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
-
Cook the bamboo and steam ham, then cut them
into cubes and mixed.
- Heat oil, put (1) into it and stir fry until
fragrant, then add the cubes and lima-beans. Put (2)
until boil, change to low-heat and simmer for 3
minutes, add (3), mixed. Enjoy!
