The Sweet Art of Pastry - Chef Jean-Luc's Pastry Cooking Class

Fancy yourself as a pastry chef and discover the joys of pastry cooking and baking with French Pastry Chef Jean-Luc Vasseur. You will learn basic pastry techniques to create your own puddings, mousse and cakes.
